Yep...it's called the Oracle Transparent Gateway (for Informix). I know that for Sun SPARC Oracle installations, there's release 4.0. I don't know if there's an equivalent NT product. We use it here (where we have both Oracle and Informix instance), and it works great. I can give you specific help offline, if you need it. -- Tracey Hammett Database Administrator Agency for Health Care Administration, FL hammettk@fdhc.state.fl.us bus: 850-413-9072 fax: 850-922-0490 -----Original Message----- From: Sandra Ward [mailto:sandraw@peregrine.ie] Sent: Wednesday, December 09, 1998 8:54 AM To: 'informix-list@iiug.org' Subject: oracle/sql server with informix I have a question that I need some guidance on. I need a Oracle/SQL server stored procedure to be able to access data from an Informix table somehow. We have oracle running on NT here and we hope to interface with another system sitting on informix, however we need to pull the info. from informix tables. I need some guidance immediately. Can you help me or even point me in the right direction. Thanks Sandra
