Query By Example in pop-up window

Does anyone out there know how to do a 'query by example' in a pop-up window used to display choices for input to a field on a form? How do you resolve the INPUT ACCEPT verses the FIELD SELECTION ACCEPT? Do you reassign the ACCEPT KEY temporarily and where does this occur in the code - after the pop-up window is opened? How does the CONSTRUCT statement look like for a SCREEN ARRAY? If anyone can answer any of these questions for me, I would appreciate it. Thanks, J. Cantu cantu@its.bldrdoc.gov
