The error and conditions are telling. Since MEDIUM only samples it
does not try to retrieve all rows as the HIGH does so it does not hit
the 'BAD' index node. Looks like you need to ONCHECK -cDI that table
or at least ONCHECK -cI the index that starts with the columns named in
the UPDATE STATISTICS HIGH statement that is failing.
If the table is large and you do not have many indexes just drop and
rebuild them all it is usually faster.
