Where I can obtain Server Agent

Hi All, I want use IECC 3.0 with IDS 7.30 or higher on UW7, SunOS 5.6, AIX 4.1 and 4.2. But I do'nt know where i can obtain Server Agent for all of these platforms. Should I buy it or not? Is Server Agent work only with IDS Workgroup Edition? I need Your suggestions. Thanks on advance.
