Instance going down

Hello, IDS 11.10.FC2W1 on solaris 10(16Gb Ram, 4-dual core proc) We are doing a import activity using HPL, after doing it sucessfully for few databases, since yestarday continuing with one of our database the instance has gone down 5 times with error in online.log 08:59:11 Assert Failed: No Exception Handler 08:59:11 IBM Informix Dynamic Server Version 11.10.FC2W1 08:59:11 Who: Session(44, informix@vikas, 25344, 193fc5c98) Thread(243, sqlexec, 193f8cba0, 3) File: mtex.c Line: 475 08:59:11 Results: Exception Caught. Type: MT_EX_OS, Context: mem 08:59:11 Action: Please notify IBM Informix Technical Support. 08:59:11 See Also: /usr/informix/dump/af.4db1e4f 08:59:16 mtex.c, line 475, thread 243, proc id 22079, No Exception Handler. 08:59:16 Fatal error in ADM VP at mt.c:13447 08:59:16 Unexpected virtual processor termination, pid = 22079, exit = 0x100 The SHMTOTAL is set to 4Gb (licence), SHMVIRTSIZE 1024000. Pls could any one let me know what exactly is going wrong. What are should i diagnose,what more information should i check for
