trouble getting sqlcmd to compile correctly-well put the files in right spot

HPUX 11.23 (Itanium) IDS 10.00.FC9 We are migrating from a PA-RISK HPUX server to a Itanium HPUX server and I'm havign a bit of trouble getting the sqlcmd that Jonathan Leffler has put on the iiug software respository. So what am I doing wrong. Ran the make as root the first time then tried Informix, and still get the same results. John
