Informix Windows issue: ERROR: Could not initialize the security subsystem.

Windows 10 default installation + updates, IDS 14.10.FC6DE (tested with IE, WE, Ent, Exp) Figure #1 My user Hrvoje is member of Administrators and Informix-Admin Registry has HLM\\Software\\Informix\\Online\\%INFORMIXSERVER%\\Security including "IXDBSA Group" -> Informix-Admin When I start cmd for instance, all environment is loaded. But, when I execute "onstat -" I get ERROR: Could not initialize the security subsystem. Please ensure that this account has the necessary privileges and ensure INFORMIXSERVER value exists in the registry and environment.
