Compiling Dostats

Environment: RH 9.0 IDS 9.40.UC2 CSDK 2.81.UC2 When I try to compile Art's util2_ak dostats software I am receiving the following error: [informix@informix-dev1 utils2]$ make esql -O -o ul ul.ec -lgen /usr/informix/9.40/lib/esql/libifgls.so: undefined reference to `__ctype_b' /usr/informix/9.40/lib/esql/libifgls.so: undefined reference to `__ctype_toupper' /usr/informix/9.40/lib/esql/libifgls.so: undefined reference to `__ctype_tolower' collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make: *** [ul] Error 1 [informix@informix-dev1 utils2]$ 9.40.UC2 is running perfectly on RH 9.0. Any ideas?
