Hi Dirk, I would say the unit is pages. I have a table fragmented across 8K dbspaces. Initial extent size is defined in the CREATE TABLE statement as 2097120 and sysptnext.pe_size = 262140. 2097120/262140 = 8 Cheers, Stuart --- Ardenta Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. pe_size is in pages relative to the pagesize of the dbspace holding the partition. Art Art S.
