maxlen in onstat -g ioq

Again a performance issue.
When I run onstat -g ioq, I find several AIO I/O
queues that have high maxlen numbers, even when
there haven't been too much activities.
Aren't these numbers too big?
[How] Can I change that?
(Informix 9.30.UC2 on Linux SLES7)
Many regards,
R'diger

Rüdiger,
This is normal. At checkpoint time online writes out the dirty buffers
in batches of 150 each for every chunk (300 if the chunk is mirrored).
If you have chunks with many dirty pages maxlen will reach 150.
Don't ask me why it's 151 in one case. I don't know.
