Yes ISM will be missing features that Legato and Veritas have.
The ISM product is actually a sub-set of the legato product. Some
of the major limitations are that it will only handle 4 tape drives, can not
use remote tapes (ie the tape drives must be phyiscally attached to the machine
you are backing up) and it will not handle tape vaults.
