Logbackup failed - ISAM error: cannot allocate memory.

Hi all! We are running an AIX 4.3 IBM machine with Informix 9.30.UC2 with a spatial data engine. The machine has 7gb memory. We have ontape -c continuous logging running so the logs get backed up immediately. Sometimes the ontape -c command terminates unexpectantly, and when we try to restart it we get a "Logbackup failed - ISAM error: cannot allocate memory." error and it doesn't run. The only way I know of getting it to work again is to bounce the database, which our users don't appreciate for some reason. The SHMVIRTSIZE is set to 786432.
