need to know which table stores the information displayed in osntat-g arc, must know the date of execution of the last backup

The following select should provide what you need:
select
dbsnum, name,
decode(level0,0,"NEVER",DBINFO("utc_to_datetime",level0)::char(40)) as
level0,
decode(level1,0,"NEVER",DBINFO("utc_to_datetime",level1)::char(40)) as
level1,
decode(level2,0,"NEVER",DBINFO("utc_to_datetime",level2)::char(40)) as
level2
from sysmaster:sysdbstab;
