DSA 7.11.uc1 -- AIX 4.1.4

In trying to get positioned for data replication I am trying to be sure I have the correct versions of things. Due to the need to include New Era at at least the 2.0 level, which requires 4.1.4, on several of the platforms that will be involved, I assumed that Online would require an upgrade, but Informix tells me otherwise. They say that 7.11.uc1 has AIX ports for 3.2.5 and 4.1.4. Simlarly, 4gl 6.01.ud5 has portsts for both but, 6.01.ud2 has only 3.2.5 port. ISQL has 6.01.ud1 for 3.2.5 only and 6.03.uc1 for 4.1.4 only. I would like to plan an orderly migration rather than a mass installation of new levels of everything. The hardware is IBM RS6000. Any description of experience in this realm would be of help.
