Thanks Chuck,
But I was more interested in can you see the data inserted into the
database
by scanning the logical logs. More for the security aspect. We use
an encryption
datablade with our database and I want to see if the data written to
the logs is in
clear text or encrypted format.

Take a look at I-Spy. It'll capture SQL, but can impact
performance. I believe it's intended more for DSS systems, but if
you just need to do short-term analysis, it'll work fine.
