NT/OWS setup problem

Dear All, We have a client who is (for reasons beyond my comprehension) migrating from SCO/4GL/FourGen to NT/NewEra/???. The (Siemens Intel x86 PC) machines are running Windows '95 and NT 3.51. We cannot get a connection between the 95 client and the NT server. We get error -932, followed by "unknown connection error". We have received a checklist of things to check from UK support (like multiple occurrences of winsock.dll, etc.) None of these problems exist. Hosts is fine, services is fine, we can ping by name and by number in both directions. We simply cannot get any connection. We've reinstalled both client and server Informix products. Imagine my distress when we were not able to replicate this problem at our offices *or* at the local Informix distributor.
