IDS FCx on HP-UX 11.11

I'm having prolonged problems ordering IDS 9.30 FCx, plus FC tools, for an HP-UX 11.11 site IBM UK fulfilment are telling me that I must have the HC versions, and that they cannot supply the FC versions for HP-UX 11.11. I *know* this is bollocks, not least because I have another client already using 9.21 and 9.40 FC on HP-UX 11.11. But when I tell the lady this she tells me I'm wrong, because her screen tells me that customer is using HP-UX 11.0 (they used to, but have since upgraded). I'm tearing what's left of my hair out trying to get her to order the required products. She's all on her own because the entire UK sales team have done one of their en masse disappearing acts, this time to a sales seminar.
