In my latest project, *everything* is coded as database.table.column with NO exceptions allowed. I don't use mode ANSI :). This allows you to tell at a glance that if it's a.b.c it's a database object, if it's a.b it's a record and if it's just a, it's a simple variable. Should have done this years ago. Peter
