Tim I use this kind of SQL: SELECT field1 [, field2, ...], COUNT(*) FROM table GROUP BY field1 [. field2, ...] WHERE COUNT(*) > 1; Here field1 [, field2,...] are fields which are part of a unique combination and table is the table which contains duplicate records. Does anyone know of a quick way to find records that contain duplicate values for a particular field via SQL? Or is this done is SPL? TIA
