Is it possible to have 2 chunks on one raw partition

Hi! We are using BaaN ERP software on Informix ODS 7.23 running on Sun Solaris 2.5. Informix was installed by BaaN Consultant. The ODS server uses raw devices. Since I am new to informix so I would like to know more about the limitations in Informix. 1. A chunk cannot be more than 2 GB. 2. Any DBspace can be only 32GB in size, i.e. only max. 16 chunks of 2GB each. 3. Is it possible to create more than one chunk on a raw device ? We had created 3GB of raw partition each for data and index dbspaces on two disks. The first chunk of 2GB, of data dbspace, is full. Can we add a chunk, a balance of 3GB raw partition, 1GB to the same raw partition or should we create another raw partition on different disk and add a chunk to the dbspace.
