Online "INTO TEMP" bug

I have the following set up (in an evaluation environment): Star Server E running Online and I-Star Version 5.01.UD1. I spoke to Informix Tech support and there exists a bug in Online Version 5.01 that does not allow two users to create a temp table with the same name at the same time. We have roughly 200 aces that use INTO TEMP and about 50 4GL's and ESQL/Cs that use INTO TEMP. The INTO TEMP table is usually the same name within different programs. The bug was fixed in version 5.02 but that version was not ported to our platform. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Do you have any suggestions or solutions? The bug does not exist in SE so we are thinking of switching to that. Thanks in advance, Nick DePierro
