Hi, following situation: We have a full-database dump. Now I just need the information of one table. Is it possible to import into a newly created db having the same user that did the dump just that single table? What do you mean with "full-database dump"?
- If it is a level 0 archive done with "ontape", you're out of luck.
- If it is a "dbexport", you can achieve what you want by extracting the
table schema out of the "<dbname>.sql" file in the "<dbname>.exp"
directory and then loading the data from the "<tabname>.unl" file in the
same directory.
