It's called PSTARTSQL in 4.10 for DOS. Or rather PSTARTSQ (8 character
limit, you see).
Don't know whether this will solve your problem, (because what I know
about OS/2 WARP wouldn't even fill the proverbial postage stamp), but
give it a go.
