Xterm on hpux

Hi, I'm running SCO Xvision to connect to HpUx 10.20 machines running the following informix products; INFORMIX-4GL Interactive Debugger Version 7.20.UD8 Copyright (C) 1984-1996 Informix Software, Inc. INFORMIX-4GL Version 7.20.UD8 Copyright (C) 1984-1996 Informix Software, Inc. INFORMIX-4GL Rapid Development System Version 7.20.UD8 Copyright (C) 1984-1996 Informix Software, Inc. Informix Dynamic Server Version 7.30.UC7 Copyright (C) 1986-1999 Informix Software, Inc. INFORMIX-SQL Version 7.20.UD8 Copyright (C) 1984-1996 Informix Software, Inc. Although the xterm windows work fine with unix and things like oncockpit I cant get stuff like isql to work, the arrow-keys are not being recognised correctly. I've tried downloading a termcap from the IIUG but I had problems compiling it, unrecognised comands. Does anyone have or know of a working terminfo file for informix on hp-ux?
