New release of utils2_ak

Folks: I have uploaded an update to the utils2_ak package to my web site (www.askdbmgt.com/my-utilities.html). This is the February 6, 2019 release package. I contains the following changes: dostats_ng.ec: Fixed issues with routines that have OUT and/or INOUT parameters and improved some error handling. Thanks to Rick Fahey helping track this down. myschema: Fixed problem with RENAME INDEX statements that include the owner.
