Back up question

I have a 6 Gb database under DSA 7.23. 1) Does somebody know what is the fastest way for back up and recover all the information from one intance to another? (both are in the same server ) 2) What are all the informix tools for back up ?. 3) What are better third part back up tools than informix tools ? Thanks a lot Raul D.
