RE:Change from Buffered log to no log locks databases

Who'd have thought Informix support would have been there at 8am? This problem turned out to be a known bug and we fixed it by setting the archive path to /dev/null and running ontape -s -N ASingleDatabase All 16 databases cleared. I suspect that I could have run just ontape -sto the same effect.
