Carol, If you have the luxury, I'd consider doing an ascii export/import of your database. If your database is small or your disks big, this would be my first choice. (If you have several databases, you might be able to unload one, move it to tape, backup another, move it, etc.) Other than that though, I don't have much to offer. Just don't forget to perform a tbcheck before you move. Also, make at least one (preferably two) level 0 backups. --Craig (craig@chemistry.utah.edu)
