Hi Luis,
if i remember correct, you have to do this with the NT-DiskManager:
1) partition your disk(s).
2) Assign letters to your partitions without creating a filesystem
3) Add dbspaces via IECC (this way you will be asked File System/Raw Device)
4) Click the radio button 'Raw Device'
5) Next screen you'll find a combobox whith your previous assigned partition-letters. That's it.
If you prefer to do it the oldfashioned way you can use the onspaces
command, too. Example from Administrator's Guide for IDS:
onspaces -a dbspc3 \\\\.\\e: -o 5200 -s 5000.hth
