I have no experience myself yet on this, but yes. From everything said previously on this you shouldn't ever turn on the MULTIPROCESSOR flag until you have at least 4 processors. It's said to be something with the engine useing so much time for the switching between processors you may not gain anything, even loose, performance when you turn this on.
