informix fraction

Hi everybody, Has anybody tried to use datetime fraction in stored procedure or etc? I have a problem with this: In dbaccess, followin sql statement does not do what i want: select current year to fraction(5) In result,there is no fraction. My customer needs all the fractions of the current time. Is there any way to do this? Any info will help me great.
