We have still had no success getting Informix 7 with Rapid Dev. to run at out client (HP UX 10.1 - Informix 7.12). We thought the problem was in the communication between Rapid and then enginbe (the engine seemed to perform fine). Plug in the 4gl and you are 2 times as slow as version 5 on the same machine(K200). Informix say they have tested Rapid under 10.1 but not on a K200 (which is what we have!). All the porblmes that seem to relate to this combination of hardware and software point fingers at HP but we are still none the wiser. Disgruntled, but getting there. Neil Emerick
