IBM Informix Dynamic Server Version 9.40.UC3 Crash

We have recently run into a failure condition several times when we have IDS 9.40 UC3 configure for data replication. We do not seem to see the failure if the system is configured in a stand alone state. It does not seem that we are able to perform the same actions to reproduce each time but we are experiencing the following failure: 05:47:01 Fatal error in ADM VP at mtex.c:431Where the following text is written to the online.log until the system partition runs out of disk space ( a nice added bonus) 05:47:01 semctl: errno = 22 05:47:01 semctl: errno = 22 Has anyone seen anything similar?
