[Q] Upgrading SCO to 4.2.2, will it break Informix

I am running Informix-Online 5.01 on SCO 3.2.2. Due to the need to back up data to DAT drives, which don't work with 3.2.2, I am considering upgrading to 3.4.0 or 3.4.2. My question will it break Informix-Online? Can that be a problem for existing tables and tablespaces.
