Moving SE Database

Hi all, I'm going to move an Informix SE 5.0 database to a new partition (SunOS on a Sparc). I'm doing this the first time, so I read the manuals and figured out I have to create a new directory, copy all files, set my new INFORMIXDIR and run a 'start database with log in newdirectory'. Is this correct (and complete)? Can I move my database this way or have I to build the complete database and wait for unload/load? THX Axel
