Re: dbexport & dbimport in Informix

It seems you received the database files. Better get the advise of asking your client to do a dbexport so you could do the dbimport. If that's not the case... you wiil need their onconfig so you try to recreate the exact configuration of your client. In this case you do not have to do aimport at all, but you could not assure the integrity of the database.
