We use JSB Multiveiw 2000 at work and I personally use Whizz60 and Hyperterm at home. Although that said I've yet to find a perfect vt100 emulator and have always ended up programming some of the function keys to do sensible things. Years ago a C programmer friend and colleague of mine wrote a great ansi emulator which our then company marketed under the name "dcomm".
