Any luck with I-Net under NT 3.5?

Hi I-Net users, I have been using I-Net under WFW 3.11 with no problem at all, for an application I am developing under Powerbuilder. I have a new version of Powerbuilder which I want to use under NT 3.5, so I also need to use I-Net under NT 3.5 and I always get the famous -932 error, getserverbyname (WSANO_DATA) error message. Any suggestions? I have made sure that my hosts file and the services files are correct. Thanks in advance for any help.
