Though not the best way to resolve the issue, you can remove the registry entry related to the DSN. Please use this workaround with caution. For system DSNs delete the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\ODBC\\ODBC.INI\\ODBC Data Sources - your DSN and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\ODBC\\ODBC.INI\\<System DSN> For user DSNs HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\ODBC\\ODBC.INI\\ODBC Data Sources - Your DSN and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\ODBC\\ODBC.INI\\<User DSN>
