The PC copy is useless to you.
Go back to the xenix box and find out what version of Informix is on it.
If you have the scripts that the users are connecting by, this should be
pretty trivial.
If the engine is 5.x, you *should* have dbaccess. Extracting the data is
then child's play.
If it's 4.x (or 2.x) *and* you don't have isql *and* you don't have a
development system, you have a problem. But some of us do still have
systems even as far back as 1989.
Forgot - 4.x has dbexport. This will dump out both the database
definitions and all table contents, so you're still OK.
syntax is
dbexport databasename
