I discovered a few "things". It would not allow me to select a printer other than the default, and GetSQlString only works if the report is created on a table and not on an SQL query.(succeeds but returns empty string - Not much use!) I also tried to create my own class, but the code relies on many many dll's which have to exist on the client PC anyway! We have, I think, decided to dump NewEra 2.2 / 3.0 / 3.1 and go for.... ....wait for it .... PowerBuilder from PowerSoft(Sybase). NewEra is dead Take a look.
