Speeding up onload on 7.2?

I'm just wondering what should be tweaked to speed up an onload on a 7.2 on HPUX 10.2. The server will have just this one process (besides normal, quiet UNIX stuff) running on it, and it'll be loading from tape. So, just wondering what the fastest route is from tape to disk, and what's in the way. Thanx! -- Will Hartung - Rancho Santa Margarita.
