NLS Environnement Variables

Hi, I am trying to sort a table, which contains special characters like é-à-ô, in an alphabetical order (not ascii order) So, i set the DBNLS environnement variable to 1: DBNLS=1 export DBNLS Then, when i try to execute isql, it gives me the following message (i also receive this message when i execute chkenv utility): -23101 Unable to load locale categories. Is another variable, like LANG, LC_COLLATE or LC_CTYPE not correctly set, i don't know. Any ideas ? Thanks for your help. -- Daniel Racine Analyste-programmeur Ville de Sherbrooke
