David, I'm not sure what release of Openserver 5 you are using but if you are using 5.0.0d or less you will need to get some support level supplements from SCO. They are oss404a, oss405a, oss407a, and oss409a. As far as changing any kernel parameters, We didn't change any do to the fact that Openserver 5 dynamically allocates what you need on the system side.
