We are currently evaluating and testing Online 5.0 on a RAID 5 box from Storage Concepts and are seeking recomendations on the feasibility of this configuration. Has anybody had experiences (good or bad) with a similar configuration? We have a large database (170 tables) which is used primarily for historical data which has been replicated from a larger system. Most access to the data will be reads not writes. . Is RAID 5 a fast and accurate solution? Jeff Davis US Air Force
