Call IBM support and take tghe down systems queue. They can terminate the transaction for you. W/o a good backup, I know of no other way.
You can try to add another logical log file or three.
If that doesn't work, you will have to contact IBM and report a "down
system". They can truncate the logical logs so that the engine can complete
recovery and you will be able to dbexport your databases and rebuild a new
server from the export.
