xps 8.2 and foreign-keys

I've created a table and added a primary key then... I'm just trying to: ALTER TABLE dss_table_columns ADD CONSTRAINT FOREIGN KEY (table_id) REFERENCES dss_tables CONSTRAINT fk_dtc_table_id; and I get: 999: Not Implemented: Alter table add/drop constraint foreign key Is there something missing, or not set, in my installation?
