This year we had more Informix content that ever before and we are grateful to all those who participated to make it a successful event. As happens every year, we have already begun work on next year's conference to be held in Orlando, Florida. We are evaluating responses from this years participants to ensure that next year's conference is the best ever. If you have comments regarding this year's conference that you want to share with IBM, please contact Gene Bruczkowski (genob@us.ibm.com). Our IBM Informix team is very excited about 2005. We have many new education, sales and loyalty programs debuting and new releases of Informix products scheduled for next year. In addition, our Informix customers and business partners have even more opportunities in 2005 to learn about the exciting future of Informix @ IBM. The inclusion of Informix sessions at the International DB2 User Group (IDUG) conference provides one such venue to gain valuable technical skills and knowledge about our Informix products in the DB2 family. IDUG - 2005 will be held May 22-26 in Denver, Colorado. Our Informix development, technical support and enablement teams are already preparing for this important conference. We strongly encourage Informix users and business partners to participate in this conference, both as participants and as speakers. IIUG is currently accepting responses to the Call for Presentations. In October 2005, IBM will once again host our DB2 Information Management Technical Conference and will provide yet another opportunity for everyone interested in IBM Informix products to gather and learn. The event will be held at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida and will once again present a wide variety of sessions covering Informix Dynamic Server database and tools, U2, DB2 UDB, Informix Classics and other IBM Information Management software offerings. As important milestones approach for this event, we will notify you so that you can also plan to attend and participate. We on the IBM Informix Team look forward to seeing all of you in Denver in May and, once again, in October in Orlando! Go to the IIUG Call for Presentations site by October 14, 2004 to submit your presentation!
