Hi Eric, I experienced the same problem except with the date variable. I have been running (in production) with Binding cut off (using the DBParm) without any (known :) adverse effects... Have you considered this? (My appl. doesn't tend to do the same SQL to a large number of rows). Also, my ODBC (Openlink) vendor indicated that this might be their problem...
