Backup on Informix

Informix On-Line 7.22 C1 Windows NT 3.51 How do you make a backup of your Informix database(s) ? Are you using the ontape commando ? What do you backup : - Logicals log files - database - tablespaces - onconfig - ..... Is it possible to do a restore on another server using the tape ? If I have a database that is on 3 disks, and I want to do a restore and I have 2 disks on the server where I want to do the restore, is it possible to do the restore to the second server ? I have enough space on the second server. Is it possible to make a backup of my data on the same tape ? Regards, Franky Thiel infohos@unicall.be
